Costa Manager – Luton and Dunstable Hospital

40 hours per week

£32,000 per annum

5 out of 7 days, including some evening and weekends

We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable and dedicated Manager to join our team. Overseeing daily operations, to ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major brand, leading the team with enthusiasm, and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoy exceptional coffee experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of business goals.

To ensure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage production

To delegate where necessary and ensure the team are pro‐active at all times

Completion of weekly bookwork and any other duties that are deemed necessary

Act as the main point of contact and decision‐maker.

Be pro‐active at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may arise
