We're currently recruiting a dedicated Bar Staff to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week. Here's an idea of what your shift patterns will be: Variable shifts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service at all times
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments using tills/POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and equipment
- Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Check ID and ensure compliance with licensing laws and age restrictions
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a polite and professional manner
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
