Shift hours: Part Time

We're currently recruiting a friendly Receptionist to provide first-class reception service for CH&CO on a part time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week. As a Receptionist, you will work in a welcoming team to ensure that all staff and visitors are greeted and dealt with in a warm and efficient manner. Here's an idea of what your shift patterns will be: Rotating shifts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a warm welcome, assist and direct guests/visitors, as the first point of contact
  • Represent CH&CO in a way that positively affects client, staff or suppliers perceptions both face to face, email and over the telephone
  • Inform RCP personnel when visitors have arrived
  • Take ownership of the Members & Fellows lounge providing daily hospitality services
  • Assist with deliveries for events, including for exhibitors, coordinating with relevant teams to provide a seamless service for the event day and facilitate collections
  • Aid in the smooth running of events by assisting the lead receptionist and event managers as per the business needs
  • Work in close partnership with other relevant departments such as: Meetings and Events, Kitchen, Porterage, AV, Operations Team and other Contractors i.e. Security, Cleaners, Maintenance etc.
