FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT – FULL TIME – HOLSWORTHY

ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel. We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Holsworthy Super Mess. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with hospitality or customer service experience looking for stable weekday work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with food preparation and meal service
  • Provide customer service in a dining environment
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
  • Support kitchen and service operations
  • Keep work areas clean and organised
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience in hospitality, food service or customer service
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable and organised
  • Knowledge of food safety practices preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
