Immerse LDN is dedicated to showcasing world-class immersive experiences and original productions across brand-new purpose-built venue space in the heart of London’s Royal Docks – set to the backdrop of ExCeL London’s waterfront. As part of a programme of continued investment and expansion of the ExCeL London campus, ExCeL London Hospitality is opening of a brand new street food dining destination, coming soon as part of the Immerse LDN development. The Waterfront Street Kitchen and Bar will offer a fresh and modern street food dining experience. Take a look inside: and find out more at: Overall Purpose of the Role: As our Junior Sous Chef you will work with the Head Chef and key stakeholders to deliver a consistent, compliant and profitable department in accordance with all Statutory Requirements, Company Policies and Health and Safety Procedures.
