We are looking for a Chef Manager to manage kitchen operations, budgets, and team performance.
Location: Central London
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 06:30am - 15:00pm or 07:00am - 15:30pm
Rate of Pay: £45,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- The Chef Manager will plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food ensuring that the company's reputation for quality is enhanced with customers and clients at all times.
- Adopt a hands-on approach taking responsibility for the food production covering all employee dining along with an extensive range of pop-ups.
- Possess an exceptional drive for quality and innovation.
- Responsible for all aspects of food safety, Health & Safety and COSHH.
- Implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budgetary control and monitor all costs involved in the kitchen against agreed budgets.

- Have proven experience in a role as Chef Manager with a track record of catering for large numbers while making the customer feel that their meal has been individually prepared.
- Have a 'big personality' and great people skills to lead, develop, train and inspire a small team.
- Have a real passion for food and customer service along with enthusiasm and recognition that customer engagement is key.
- Be knowledgeable in food innovation and development, staying up to date with current food trends.
- Communicate effectively at all levels.
- Exhibit superb culinary skills and good financial understanding.
- Maintain high standards and be quality driven.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and a 'Can do' attitude.
