12 Month Fixed Term Contract at Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge. Up to £40,000 Per Annum (DOE).
The Role: Partner with site leadership to deliver a people plan aligned to business goals. You’ll be a hands-on HR generalist, advising, coaching and challenging managers while driving a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead people operations and employee relations, working with HR Shared Services.
- Coach and support managers on policy, performance, engagement and employment law.
- Analyse people data to drive insight, action and continuous improvement.
- Lead inductions, training compliance and management development.
- Champion employee engagement, recognition and EDI.
- Support recruitment, absence and holiday management.
Person Specification:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Strong HR generalist with solid UK employment law knowledge.
- Confident adviser with excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
- Data-driven, solutions-focused and commercially aware.
- Passionate about creating an outstanding employee experience.
