Hospitality Manager Monday - Friday

Location: Womble Bond Dickinson, London

Salary: £45,000 per annum + performance related bonus

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, flexible working hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the butler and two Front of House team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering high-quality service.
• Work closely with the chef to ensure that all food offerings, from sandwich lunches to fine dining, are of the highest standard and meet client expectations.
• Oversee the planning and execution of all events and hospitality services, ensuring they are delivered seamlessly and to the client's satisfaction.
• Supervise the preparation and service of sandwich lunches (up to 100 covers) and fine dining (up to 15 covers) per day, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Manage the operations of three conference rooms, ensuring they are set up appropriately for each event and that all client needs are met during their meetings.

Previous experience within B&I is desirable.
