Role
We’re looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead a high-quality hospitality operation in the heart of Central London. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves delivering outstanding service, and knows how to motivate teams to perform at their best.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a front-of-house hospitality team
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences across hospitality and events
- Managing daily operations, staffing, rotas and service standards
- Ensuring health & safety, food safety and company standards are met at all times
- Working closely with clients and stakeholders to exceed expectations
- Driving commercial performance, controlling costs and maximising opportunities
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong people management and communication skills
- A passion for customer service and high standards
- Confident in managing busy services and events
- Commercially aware with good organisational skills
- Flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including some evenings and weekends
