What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leading, inspiring, and developing high performing trackside hospitality teams and third-party partners
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of premium hospitality programmes, including Paddock Club and exclusive team suites
- Acting as the face of the operation: hosting, engaging, and delighting VIP guests with confidence and charisma
- Driving exceptional service standards, presentation, and guest experience at every touchpoint
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Managing budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing with commercial awareness
- Collaborating seamlessly with culinary, logistics, and team management to deliver flawless execution
- Leading daily briefings and post-event debriefs, producing insightful race reports and driving continuous improvement
- Overseeing international set-up and breakdown of hospitality units, ensuring operational excellence across all locations
- Recruiting, training, and elevating front-of-house teams in line with premium brand standards
