Join Our Team as a Helpdesk Switchboard Operator!

Are you calm under pressure, confident on the phone, and great with people? We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Helpdesk/Switchboard Operator to join our fast-paced communications team. You will be the crucial first point of contact for internal and external callers and play a key role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate a computer-based Switchboard system
  • Handle all calls and requests
  • Monitor and respond to alarms, including fire, trauma, and security alerts
  • Maintain clear and accurate records
  • Support with clerical/admin duties
  • Work independently responding confidently to emergencies
