Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting a safety culture and ensuring the cleaning team are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures.
- Managing the cleaning labour, equipment & resources budget.
- Ensuring the cleaning operation continually improves.
- Ensuring the Cleaning team are engaged and managed effectively.
- Ensuring the delivery and quality of the cleaning operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures.
- Managing any third-party suppliers or contractors as required ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements.
Our ideal Facilities Manager will have:
- 12 months experience managing a cleaning operation.
- Proven ability to develop business through sound negotiation, change management, strategic decision making and out of the box thinking.
- Proven ability to deliver quality customer service and ensure issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner.
- Excellent financial management skills, particularly the preparation and monitoring of detailed budgets and cash flow projections.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work to time sensitive deadlines.
