Are you an experienced Assistant Manager looking for a new challenge? Compass Group are recruiting for a driven, healthcare focused Assistant Manager to join our established team. This role would really suit someone who has a strong clinical background and is looking to gain more experience in the area.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support senior management in the day to day running of the domestics department
- Working day to day with various internal and external stakeholders, up to senior level
- Engaging, galvanising and working well with current staff, communicating any important announcements, changes to the business and conducting regular meetings
- Working in a fast paced environment, prioritising various tasks both operationally and with our stakeholders
