We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 36.75 hours per week.

Here's what you need to know before applying: Your key responsibilities will include: Supervising and supporting the Patient Dining team to deliver an excellent meal service to patients across all hospital wards.
Leading by example to maintain high standards of customer service, food safety, hygiene, and patient satisfaction.
Working closely with the Catering Management team to ensure departmental objectives, service standards, and performance targets are consistently achieved.
Assisting with the training, development, and ongoing support of frontline catering staff to promote a positive and high-performing team culture.
Communicating effectively with nursing, clinical, and ward-based staff to ensure individual patient dietary requirements and service needs are met.
Contributing to the planning and management of staff rotas, annual leave, and workforce allocation to ensure adequate service coverage.
Supporting the completion and maintenance of Health & Safety, food safety, and other departmental documentation in line with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitoring team performance and addressing operational issues promptly to ensure a safe, efficient, and patient-focused service.
Promoting compliance with infection prevention, food hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times.
