We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our fantastic, busy catering team at our London venues on a flexible, casual basis. As a member of the front of house team, you will be part of a hard-working, friendly group who all have the same goal - to deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors.
The 4 London Venues that you will be able to work at are:
- The Design Museum (W8 6AG)
- IWM London (SE1 6HZ)
- HMS Belfast (SE1 2JH)
- Churchill War Rooms (SW1A 2AQ)
Our venues are key visitor attractions in the heart of London and regularly host events where the spaces transform to meet the client needs. We also have a regular catering offering at the venues that range from restaurants to cafes with a variety of food offerings.
Successful Front of House Staff are responsible for a variety of tasks, including basic food production & preparation, customer service, and supporting the overall catering operations while ensuring compliance with all Health and Food Safety regulations. Supporting the delivery of the excellent front of house operation standards onsite is expected whereby you will be welcoming guests, serving food & drinks, operating the till system, serving coffees and cocktails and supporting with evening events are also expected.

Shifts will vary between Monday to Sunday. Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates should be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends. This is a casual zero-hours role, so hours will vary depending on the needs of the business, on a weekly basis.
