We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join our fantastic catering team at RAF Museum Cosford on a flexible, casual basis. As a Front of House Assistant, you will be part of a hard-working, friendly group who all have the same goal – to deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors. Located in Shropshire, the RAF Museum Cosford offers a unique and welcoming setting where guests can relax and enjoy quality food and drink while exploring the museum’s impressive collection of historic aircraft and exhibitions. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and welcoming service to all café visitors
- Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages
- Serve customers and operate the till
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Handle cash and support stock control processes
Shifts
This is a zero-hours position, involving daytime weekend work between 6-12 hours per week, with additional hours available during school holidays and peak periods. Typical shifts are 9:00am–4:00pm.

- Be aged 17 or over
- Have barista experience
- Possess a warm, friendly and welcoming personality
- Have a passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
