We are recruiting a Reception Manager to lead a fantastic Rapport team based in the heart of London. Are you ready to make your mark with the leading provider of Corporate Guest Services? Our client is an international law firm who is committed to promoting diversity and to fostering an inclusive environment. As a Reception Manager you will work closely with the Senior Facilities Manager and Onsite events team to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, on a shift rota basis between 7 AM β 7 PM)

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the team and the day to day running of reception.
- Monthly reporting.
- Meet with client on weekly/ monthly basis to present overview of London offices.
- Coordinate with US team on visiting lawyers.
- Oversee the switchboard and ensure the team are complying with the correct procedures.
- Work closely with events team to assist in executing events and booking out the spaces.
- Oversee the booking of spaces and meetings rooms of Partners and PAs.
- Daily checks on any maintenance issues on site and report accordingly.
- Make sure the team are representing Rapport to highest standard.
- Meeting room checks.
- Work closely with workspace team and catering team on room set up for day-to-day meetings.
- To comply with the Reception Services standard operating procedures (SOPs) manual and keep up to date with new information.
- To familiarise yourself with site specific SOPs.
- To guide and develop team members on a daily basis.
