We are looking for a specialist Indian cuisine chef to join our Eurest team. The role will be for Godolphin based at Moulton Paddocks.
As our Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of traditional Indian dishes from regional curries and tandoori specialties to biryanis and breads, using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients. You will play a key role in shaping our menu, maintaining high food standards, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Craft Authentic Indian Flavors: Prepare a diverse selection of traditional Indian dishes with care, consistency, and authentic flavor.
- Master the Art of Indian Breads: Skillfully prepare fresh roti, naan, paratha, and chapati using traditional techniques, including tawa and tandoor methods.
- Ingredient Excellence: Ensure top-quality, fresh ingredients are always used; expertly handle spices and herbs to preserve the integrity of true Indian taste.
- Maintain a Spotless Kitchen: Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and food safety throughout all stages of preparation and service.
- Deliver with Precision: Manage time effectively to ensure dishes are served promptly, especially during peak service hours.
- Keep the Kitchen Stocked: Assist with monitoring and managing inventory levels for ingredients, spices, and kitchen equipment.
