We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 37 hours per week. As a Facilities Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management within the wider facilities team. - Tuesday: Full-time (Days)
- Wednesday: Full-time (Days)
- Thursday: Full-time (Days)
- Friday: Full-time (Nights)
- Saturday: Off
- Sunday: Full-time (Days)
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Maintaining the exterior of the site, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and in good repair, including external maintenance
- Assisting the facilities team with contractor management, including signing contractors in and out and ensuring adherence to site policies
- Opening and/or closing the building as required
- Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
