More about the role:

  • Overall responsibility for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced quality C&E operation, with key segments of weddings, client events and small meetings, ensuring the highest of standards and excellent customer service.
  • Working closely with General Manager and Sales Manager.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of events, from planning to execution.
  • Lead and manage a large variable team.
  • Manage budgets, coordinate logistics, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and needs.
  • Compile rotas in line with budget and business needs.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify improvement areas.

Who you are:

  • Have knowledge and experience of working within the events and hospitality industry.
  • Previous experience of managing a team.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills.
