We are seeking a talented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Planning: Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics for various types of events.
  2. Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and products.
  3. Client Relations: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure all their needs are met throughout the planning process.
  4. On-Site Coordination: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and as planned.
