About the Role:
As a Retail Catering Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional food and beverage experience for our visitors at one of the UK's most iconic visitor attractions. Working within Compass Group UK & Ireland, you'll help lead frontline teams across a variety of busy catering outlets, ensuring high standards, great service, and smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading people on the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the management team in the day-to-day operation of multiple catering outlets
- Supervising, motivating, and supporting team members during service
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered
- Managing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and basic stock controls
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, health & safety, and cleanliness
About You:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within high volume catering
- A confident communicator who leads by example
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage busy service periods
- A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends
