We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable and dedicated Manager to join our team. Overseeing daily operations, to ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major brand, leading the team with enthusiasm, and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoy exceptional coffee experiences.

As a Costa Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of business goals.
  • Ensure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage production.
  • Delegate where necessary and ensure the team are pro‐active at all times.
  • Completion of weekly bookkeeping and any other duties that are deemed necessary.
  • Act as the main point of contact and decision‐maker.
  • Be pro‐active at all times and use initiative, diplomacy and discretion to solve any problems that may arise.
