About the Role
We are seeking a financially focussed and detail-driven Contract Administrator to support our United States Air Force (USAF) portfolio of soft FM services across 12 sites in the UK. This is a high-impact role at the centre of commercial performance, responsible for strengthening financial control, improving cash flow, and ensuring compliance across a complex, multi-contract environment.
Why This Role Matters
Our USAF contracts are complex and highly regulated, with multiple task orders, over 200 contract line items, and strict compliance requirements. This role is critical to reducing financial leakage, improving working capital, and strengthening compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track all task orders and funding positions
- Own end-to-end invoicing process (WAWF)
- Reduce invoice rejections through proactive engagement
