Job Summary We have an exciting opportunity for a growth-minded Chef Manager to oversee culinary operations and food services at Protective Life Insurance Co. This role ensures operational success through effective culinary management, strategic sourcing, and sustainability-focused practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage culinary operations including inventory, ordering, receiving, and purchasing. Develop menus emphasizing local sourcing, cost control, and sustainability. Maintain accountability for P&L performance; experience in contract-managed services preferred. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurants. Strong knowledge of food trends, production, quality control, sanitation, and presentation. Experience with exhibition cooking. Working knowledge of HACCP standards. ServSafe certification a plus.
