Join our team as a Chef de Partie, based in central Brighton, paying Β£15.33 per hour. A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie or a Commis Chef looking to take the next step in their career.

As a talented and passionate Chef de Partie you\’ll be joining our Staff Dining team. This is a full-time role offering an excellent work-life balance, with Monday to Friday shifts and no evening work, ideal for chefs seeking stability in a professional kitchen environment.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality food for staff dining
  • Working across hospitality services to ensure variety and skill development
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene and compliance at all times
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team in daily operations

  • Experienced Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
