Were currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part-time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Heres what you need to know before applying: Your key responsibilities will include: β Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly β Supervising a small team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported β Being a responsible key holder β Using the till, taking orders and receiving payments β Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary β Producing weekly rotas following the managers guidelines β Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels β Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times β Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards β Complying with Health & Safety regulations Our ideal Costa – Team Leader will: β Have previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment β Have good communication skills in order to be able to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers within your work environment β Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulations laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety β Be customer service focused β Be a team player with a can-do attitude β Take pride in personal appearance and hygiene β Be self-motivated and able to use own initiative β Have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude As part of Compass, youll help to feed people, fuel progress and forge connections in around 6,000 venues.
