Café Supervisor
We\’re looking for a confident and energetic Café Supervisor to lead our friendly team at Blaise Café, nestled in the beautiful Blaise Castle Estate. If you\’re passionate about great customer service, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we\’d love to hear from you.
What you\’ll do
- Supervise and lead the onsite team, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Champion and uphold brand standards in every aspect of service
- Support with rota planning, stock management, and compliance with health, safety, and profit protection policies
- Deliver a customer-centric experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration and high performance
What we\’re looking for
