Overall Purpose of the Role: Lead strategic bid management and solution design for large-scale Hard FM and TFM opportunities. Drive commercial strategy, compliance, and innovation to secure major contracts. Ensure integration of engineering standards (SFG20, CIBSE Guide M), lifecycle costing, and risk frameworks (Green Book). Champion best practice in bid governance (APMP) and FM standards (ISO 41001, ISO 55001).
