We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hospitality Manager to lead the delivery of premium hospitality services across matchdays, conferences, private events, and special occasions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic football environment where no two days are the same.
The Opportunity
As Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering world-class hospitality experiences throughout the stadium. You will lead operational excellence, inspire your team, and ensure every guest enjoys an experience that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Delivery: Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hospitality requirements. Develop operational plans for seamless event execution.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead and motivate hospitality teams, delivering engaging pre-event briefings and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Premium Food & Beverage Operations: Ensure high standards across all food and beverage offerings and collaborate with culinary teams.
- Guest Experience Excellence: Create memorable experiences and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
- Financial Management: Manage hospitality budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Maintain food safety and health & safety compliance.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients and build strong working relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-event reviews and stay ahead of hospitality trends.
