Job Description Supervisor – Luxury Ready-to-Wear \ N Location: Sloane Street, London \ N Position: Full-time, Permanent \ N Salary: £39,000–£42,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus commission \ N We are currently recruiting for an exciting Supervisor opportunity with a prestigious luxury ready-to-wear boutique on Sloane Street. \ N This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Senior Sales Associate or Senior Client Advisor who is genuinely ready to take the next step in their career. You will remain highly sales and clienteling focused while taking on additional responsibility for supporting the Store Manager and wider management team with the day-to-day running of the boutique. \ N The successful candidatewill be a confident luxury retail professional with a strong background in sales, client relationship management and clienteling. You will have experience building and developing a valuable client book, working with high-value and international clients, and delivering an exceptional and highly personalised client experience. \ N Key Responsibilities \n \ N Deliver an exceptional,highly personalised luxury experience to every client. \ N Lead by example on theshop floor, demonstrating the highest standards of sales, styling and client service. \ N Build, maintain and continuously develop a strong client book. \ N Develop long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business. \ N Proactively follow up with clients through appointments, emails, calls and personalised communication. \ N Drive sales through expert styling, cross-selling and upselling. \ N Maintain strong productknowledge, including fabrics, fit, craftsmanship and styling. \ N Support private appointments, client events, launches and other client-focused activities. \ N Support the Store Manager and management team with the day-to-day running of the boutique. \ N Take responsibility forsupporting the smooth operation of the shop floor and daily priorities. \ N Act as a senior point of contact for the wider sales team when required. \ N Support, motivate and guide colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales objectives. \ N Share best practice insales and clienteling to support team performance. \ N Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation, product display and visual merchandising. \ N Support management withdaily operational requirements and confidently step up on the shop floor when needed. \ N \n About You \n \ N Previous experience within luxury retail, ideally luxury ready-to-wear. \ N Strong and proven salesand clienteling experience. \ N A track record of building, managing and developing a strong client book. \ N Experience working withVIP, high-value and international clients. \ N Currently operating atSenior Sales Associate, Senior Client Advisor or equivalent level and genuinely ready to step into a Supervisor position. \ N Previous experience supporting, mentoring or guiding colleagues would be advantageous. \ N Experience within the Knightsbridge, Sloane Street or wider Central London luxury market would be highly beneficial. \ N Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. \ N Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. \ N A confident and naturalability to lead by example. \ N Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. \ N A genuine passion for luxury fashion and delivering exceptional client experiences. \ N Flexibility to work weekends and other trading hours as required. \ N \n If you are a strong luxury sales professional ready to take the next step into a Supervisor role, with excellent clienteling skills and a strong client book, we would love to hear from you. \ N \n JBRP1_UKTJ
