As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for bringing the food and drink story to life, driving awareness, engagement, and footfall across all outlets through creative and effective marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with both the on-site team and our central marketing function to deliver best-in-class initiatives and help shape how visitors experience dining at RHS Wisley.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver an annual marketing plan for all food & beverage outlets and seasonal events across RHS Wisley.
- Translate business and sales objectives into clear marketing activity that drives revenue, engagement, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor marketing budgets and performance KPIs.
- Create and deliver seasonal campaigns that highlight new menus, events, and experiences.
- Develop marketing materials and promotional content in collaboration with our in-house design team.
- Ensure all activity aligns with both Restaurant Associates and RHS brand guidelines.
- Oversee digital marketing for Wisley’s food and drink, including web content, email campaigns, and social activity.
- Support the launch of new initiatives, menus, and retail experiences with strong on-site communications and promotional assets.
- Ensure brand consistency and visibility across signage, menus, and POS materials.
- Act as the key marketing contact for RHS Wisley, building strong relationships with both the Restaurant Associates operations team and the RHS client.
- Liaise with central Restaurant Associates marketing, PR and digital teams to align Wisley’s activity with the wider business strategy.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and a genuine love for food and hospitality. You’ll possess and be:
- Curious, personable, and unafraid to challenge the norm.
- A creative thinker with strong commercial instincts and an eye for what engages guests.
- Experienced in planning and delivering marketing campaigns, ideally within hospitality, retail, or visitor attractions.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects with ease.
- Confident using digital marketing tools and interpreting data to shape future activity.
- A natural storyteller and collaborator who can capture the essence of the dining experience through imaginative content and ideas.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role within the hospitality or food and beverage sector.
- Strong understanding of how to drive sales and awareness through creative, commercially minded marketing.
- Proven ability to build and deliver campaigns across digital, print, and on-site channels.
- Confident managing social media, web, and email content, and working with designers or photographers to create high-quality visuals.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, able to balance day-to-day marketing activity with longer-term strategy.
