What you'll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day catering operation

- Previous experience as a Catering Manager, Chef Manager, Head Chef, or similar role
- Strong culinary background with a passion for food
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets

- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
