The Programme
Our two-year Operations Graduate Programme is built for graduates who love fast-paced environments and want real responsibility early. You’ll complete four 6-month rotations across some of the UK’s most exciting workplaces, gaining hands-on leadership and operational experience where it really counts. You could find yourself working with:
- Top automotive brands
- Major sports and events venues
- The UK’s largest airport
- 5* state-of-the-art corporate HQs
Rotations
We’re looking for three graduates to join us this October. Your rotations will mainly be based out of the following regions with an opportunity to experience an exciting mobile role with national travel:
- North West
- North East
- Midlands
- M4 Corridor
You will be asked to state your preferences as part of your application.
The Role
No two days look the same; it's a programme for people who are up for getting stuck in. You will:
- Support day-to-day business operations
- Lead and motivate frontline teams
- Deliver standout customer experiences
- Manage service delivery
- Handle real-time challenges in high-energy environments
Predominantly Monday to Friday hours, however, as a workplace operation you may be required to work evenings and weekends too.

You won’t be stuck behind a desk. From day one, you’ll be on the ground learning from experienced leaders and taking ownership early. You’ll get:

Complete the programme and you’ll be ready to step into roles like:

What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive here if you have:
- A genuine interest in an operational career within catering or facilities management
- Experience in catering, hospitality, FM or retail (ideal but not essential)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Leadership potential and resilience
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- A customer-first mindset
- Flexibility with working patterns
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to travel across the UK and stay overnight when needed
Your degree subject doesn’t matter — your attitude does. You must have the right to work in the UK. (Our graduates join on permanent contracts from day one. We welcome applicants who can demonstrate their right to work in the UK for the full duration of employment.) You will need to be available to attend an Assessment Centre on the 8th July in Warrington.
