We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tax Administrator to support our tax department in managing tax compliance, assisting in preparing returns, and maintaining accurate financial records for tax audit purposes. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of or interest in taxation and accounting principles and be eager to grow their career in tax and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing tax returns.
  • Maintain and organise tax records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual tax filings.
  • Research and analyse tax issues under the supervision of senior tax professionals.
  • Communicate with tax authorities as needed and support the resolution of tax notices.
  • Track tax deadlines and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.
  • Input and manage data in tax preparation and accounting software.
  • Support audits and respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience analysing and manipulating data in Excel.
