We are on the lookout for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our fantastic, busy team at RHS Garden Wisley on a part-time basis. As a Supervisor, you will be part of a hard-working, friendly team who all have the same goal - to deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors. RHS Garden Wisley covers 240 acres and is open all year round. There are multiple food outlets on site, ranging from a restaurant to cafés.
A successful Catering Supervisor will lead the front-of-house team, creating a welcoming experience for every visitor. You’ll supervise and support the team, train new members, and assist the Operations Managers with weekly bookwork. You’ll also step in to take full responsibility for the unit during absences. Alongside delivering excellent customer service, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations and maintain full compliance with food handling, hygiene, and health and safety standards.

Shifts: Shifts will vary between Monday to Sunday. Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates should be flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends. Hours will vary depending on the needs of the business, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week.
