We are looking for a reliable and professional Site Access Controller to support the safe and secure operation of a busy construction site. This role is key to controlling site access, maintaining accurate records, and promoting a strong safety culture.
What you’ll do:
- Control and monitor site access and exit points
- Verify identification and authorisation of staff, visitors, and contractors
- Maintain accurate access records and logs
- Challenge unauthorised access politely and professionally
- Monitor vehicle movements and report incidents or concerns
- Liaise with site management and support daily site operations
- Maintain a visible, friendly, and professional presence
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Flexible to work varied hours, including nights or weekends if required
- Committed to health, safety, and high standards
Desirable:
