Compliance Administrator to play a key role in managing annualised hours, workforce planning, reporting, and payroll support across our contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative, analytical, or workforce planning experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with stakeholders, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain and monitor annualised hours plans across multiple sites.
- Track workforce hours, balances, forecasts, and labour deployment.
- Produce accurate reports and identify trends, risks, and discrepancies.
- Support payroll, accrual, and year-end reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate information between Operations, Finance, Payroll, and Contract Support teams.
- Investigate data issues and ensure records are accurate and audit-ready.
- Act as the first point of contact for annualised hours queries.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in workforce administration, labour planning, payroll support, finance administration, or a similar data-driven role.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with managers and stakeholders.
- Experience handling confidential workforce or payroll information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams.
Desirable
- Experience with annualised hours, time banking, or LIEU arrangements.
- Workforce management or scheduling systems knowledge.
- Payroll, labour cost control, or financial reconciliation experience.
- Understanding of working time, payroll, and data protection requirements.
