Are you an experienced Head Chef who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment?
We’re looking for a talented and passionateHead Chef to join the Eurest team at our prestigious Bupa site inSalford. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a catering team within a professional office environment, with an increasing focus on hospitality, events and exceptional food experiences.
You’ll take the lead in delivering fresh, high-quality food across the site, ensuring every service is delivered to a consistently high standard. Alongside the day-to-day catering operation, you’ll play a key role in developing our growing hospitality offer, creating memorable experiences for clients and guests.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead, motivate and develop the catering team, creating a positive and high-performing kitchen environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day kitchen operation, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and service.
- Develop and deliver fresh, exciting menus across the restaurant and hospitality offer.
- Take ownership of hospitality and events, delivering food to a high-end standard for a variety of occasions.
- Work closely with the wider team and client to understand requirements and continually develop the food offer.
- Manage food costs, ordering, stock, waste and kitchen processes effectively.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance.
- Lead by example and bring creativity, passion and a genuine love of food to the role.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience working as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role.
- A strong background in high-end hospitality, events or premium contract catering.
- A passion for fresh food and delivering exceptional presentation and quality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of food costs, margins and kitchen management.
- Someone who enjoys working with clients and can build strong working relationships.
