We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in one of our London venues.
Location: Central London
Rate of Pay: £45,000 per annum plus up to a 6k performance related bonus
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00am - 17:00pm / 10:00am - 18:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on room hire, food and beverage.
- Design, plan and deliver a sales plan and strategy, working alongside the Marketing & Events Manager.
- Grow the business through maximising uptake and spend per head.
- Identify new business opportunities, demonstrate and implement innovation whenever possible.
- Proactively grow and develop relationships with prospective and existing key accounts.
- Ensure all sales collateral is in line with the venue’s marketing plan.
- Create quality proposals for our clients - corporate, private and social.
- Oversee and manage invoicing and payment for the events.
- Win and retain business and promote awareness of all facilities and services available.
- Manage, motivate, support, drive, provide guidance and development for all members of the onsite sales team.
