We're currently recruiting a dedicated Sales Executive to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Sales Executive, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Key Responsibilities:
- To raise the profile of the company with existing and new clients.
- Promptly respond to all incoming sales enquiries, drive conversion rate, arrange site visits and contract booking.
- Proactively process event enquiries and actively work as part of the sales team to increase and enhance revenues achieving overall targets.
- Conduct reactive sales activities including responding to telephone and e-mail enquiries.
- Proactively sell the facilities by various techniques, always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.
- Consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information.
- Develop client, venue and internal relationships through knowledgeable and effective enquiry handling.
- Ensure high level of conversion of bookings to achieve and exceed targets set.
- Work with event planners effectively to provide a seamless handover for final event details.
- Nurture client relationships to maximise all upselling and sales opportunities.
- Network with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:

- Previous experience within the Hospitality Sector.
- Knowledge of Delphi booking system (but not essential).
