We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join our fantastic catering team at RAF Museum Cosford on a flexible, casual basis. As a Front of House Assistant, you will be part of a hard-working, friendly group who all have the same goal - to deliver exceptional customer service to our visitors. Located in Shropshire, the RAF Museum Cosford offers a unique and welcoming setting where guests can relax and enjoy quality food and drink while exploring the museum’s impressive collection of historic aircraft and exhibitions.
The successful Catering Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing a friendly and welcoming service to all café visitors
- Assisting with the preparation and service of food and beverages
- Serving customers and operating the till
- Clearing tables
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Handling cash
- Supporting stock control processes

Shifts: This is a zero-hours position, involving daytime weekend work between 6-12 hours per week, with additional hours available during school holidays and peak periods. Typical shifts are 9:00am-4:00pm.
