We're seeking a proactive and people-focused
Regional Support Manager to support and inspire teams across a diverse portfolio of healthcare sites. This is a field-based role covering locations across
Lancaster, Yorkshire, Darlington, Nottingham and surrounding areas , with occasional travel further afield. Candidates will ideally be based along the
M62 corridor , enabling efficient travel across the region.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting and developing teams across multiple healthcare catering sites.
- Driving operational excellence, service quality, and compliance.
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring contractual KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
- Coaching and developing managers to maximise team engagement and performance.
- Supporting financial performance, cost control, and business planning.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and exceptional customer service.
- Deputising for the Regional Manager when required.
About You
- 2+ years' experience as an Area Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Support Manager, or similar role within catering, hospitality, or food services.
- Proven experience supporting multiple sites across a geographical region.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and sound financial acumen.
- A track record of delivering high levels of client and customer satisfaction.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
