Key Responsibilities
- Food Production & Service
- Prepare, cook, and present food to the required quality and presentation standards.
- Support delivery of menu cycles and packed meal production where required.
- Assist with service periods to ensure smooth and efficient food delivery.
- Maintain consistency of food quality and portion control across sites.
- Train and coach skills to the team as required.
- Deal with complaints and issues, discuss with customers and resolve.
- Provide hands-on support to kitchen teams across multiple locations.
- Cover sites during periods of absence, vacancies, or increased operational demand.
- Support new site openings or temporary operational challenges as required.
- Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and operational setups.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, allergen, and health & safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas.
- Complete and support required food safety and health & safety documentation.
- Report and escalate any food safety, hygiene, or equipment issues promptly.
- Support and guide kitchen staff through positive role modelling and best practice.
- Work collaboratively with site teams to maintain consistent standards.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and managers.
- Promote a positive, professional kitchen culture at all times.
