We're currently recruiting a friendly & dedicated Receptionist Supervisor to provide first-class reception service for Defence on a full-time basis. As a Reception Supervisor, you will work in a welcoming team to ensure that all staff and visitors are greeted and dealt with in a warm and efficient manner. Here’s what you need to know before applying:

  • Ensure Reception operations are running smoothly & following Compass processes
  • Be responsible for all team training as required by Compass & Client
  • Responsibility of all Master Keys
  • Monitor Alarms, Fire, Intruder and Main
  • Covering Receptionist duties as and when required within site
  • Providing administrative support across a diverse range of areas
  • Managing the ordering and distribution of office supplies
  • Ensuring public spaces are kept clean and tidy
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Conduct 1-1s with Direct Reports, providing feedback, support and development

Our ideal Receptionist Team Leader will:

  • Have proven experience in a Supervisory role
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess fantastic organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Be competent in using Microsoft Office and general office equipment
  • Display passion for driving team performance
  • Be an excellent team player
  • Have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability
