We’re looking for an experienced Chef Manager to lead a dedicated catering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and service.
As Chef Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the staff dining and hospitality operation:
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery
- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance
- Control costs and stock levels while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Support hospitality and events as required
Requirements:
- Proven management experience in a professional kitchen environment
