We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our Energy sector team at a busy site in Peterhead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaning professional to take the next step in their career, leading a team to deliver outstanding cleaning and housekeeping standards within a fast-paced operational environment.

Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
- Create a positive, engaging and inclusive working environment for your team.
- Allocate daily tasks and ensure all cleaning schedules are completed efficiently.
- Carry out quality audits and inspections, taking corrective action where required.
- Produce weekly rotas in line with operational requirements.
- Manage stock levels and place orders for cleaning consumables and equipment.
- Act as a responsible key holder when required.
- Support with administrative duties, reporting and associated compliance paperwork.
- Ensure all team members adhere to Health & Safety policies and site procedures.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience supervising cleaning or frontline teams within a similar environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- A positive, flexible and customer-focused attitude.
