Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic People Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to support and embed the people strategy in a business where culture is everything, and every day brings something new. From hiring and onboarding to compliance and culture building, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team and wider People team, playing a key role in supporting and developing talent across both our kitchen and HQ teams — ensuring that our people not only thrive, but love where they work.

Responsibilities

  • Work with leadership team and sector Head of People and Culture, to implement and embed our people strategy to support business goals and team growth
  • Champion employee engagement, experience and retention at every level
  • Support the development of a standout workplace culture aligned with our values
  • Own and optimise core HR processes - recruitment, onboarding, performance, compliance and more
  • Work with our People Support centre and site managers as needed, to provide support to managers on employee relations, performance and development
  • Drive HR data analysis, reporting and insights, to inform decisions and improvements

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of HR experience with HR qualifications desirable (e.g. CIPD)
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing and advisory skills
  • Passionate about creating a positive, inclusive employee experience
  • Commercially aware with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and work with integrity
