Lodestone House, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, is seeking a Hub Senior Sous Chef to lead food production across a busy school catering operation at Uppingham School. You will supervise a kitchen team, maintain high standards of food quality, safety and service, and contribute to menu development.
Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, experience in fast-paced production kitchens, and knowledge of HACCP, allergen management and cost control.
