Due to business growth, we are recruiting for Heli-Admin/Steward to join our Offshore team on a 12 Month Fixed Term basis mobilising from Aberdeen or Norwich.
ESS Energy, part of Compass Group UK and Ireland, is a market leading provider of catering and support services in the Energy Sector. We lead the market in providing food and support services to major companies operating in the Oil, Gas and Renewables market. We support operations in the North Sea and further afield on fixed production platforms, flotels, floating production storage offtake facilities, mobile offshore drilling rigs, construction & pipe-laying barges.
The details you need to know about the role before applying are:
- Utilise available resources efficiently to maintain service standards.
- Report maintenance requirements and safety concerns promptly.
- Participate in training and development initiatives.
- Manage the reception service; allocation of accommodation, muster stations and lifeboat allocation.
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork.
- Operation of personnel movements programmes to include checking of daily flights, arranging crew changes to flights.
- Ensure Vantage is accurate and up to date.
- Carry out all logistics tasks in accordance with client procedures.
- Maintain all log books and paperwork.
Additional Information:
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld.
- Safely operate and maintain machinery, equipment, and materials.
- Comply with COSHH regulations for chemical use and storage.
- Contribute to process improvements through inspections.
- Identify personal training needs and development opportunities.
- Promptly report customer complaints and take appropriate action.
